Rights on your face and voice
Your face and voice are yours. With the agreement you license their use to Mimesi for defined purposes, channels and a defined time. Uses outside the agreement are not allowed. We keep the material needed to produce the twin for as long as the agreement lasts and delete it when it ends, as the contract sets out.
Approval and exit
Nothing goes out in your name without your approval. You can revoke your consent; the agreement sets the notice period, the time within which the twin is switched off and what happens to content already published. You can always ask what has been produced with your twin.
How revenue is shared, in principle
Revenue generated by the content is shared between you and Mimesi according to a written agreement. The agreement defines the share, what counts as revenue and when it is paid. Open decision: whether to publish the principle only or the percentages. This section follows the brief and states the principle.
Questions creators ask us
Do I keep ownership of my face and voice?
Yes. You remain the owner. You license their use to Mimesi for the purposes, channels and time agreed in writing, and nothing beyond that. You can revoke the consent.
Who approves the content?
You do. Nothing is published in your name without your approval. The agreement sets how and how fast you review.
How do I earn?
Revenue generated by the content is shared between you and Mimesi according to a written agreement. The share and the way we count it are in the contract, not on this page. We do not publish earnings figures, because there are none to show yet.
Can I leave?
Yes. The agreement sets the notice period and what happens to the digital twin and the content already published. Once you leave, the twin is switched off.
Will my audience know AI is involved?
Yes, always. Every synthetic image, video or audio is labelled, on the content and on the profile. We think that is the only way to keep their trust, and it is also what the law requires.
Do I need to send photos or voice samples to apply?
No. The application asks for your name, your email, links to your profiles, country and language, what you publish about and why Mimesi. We collect photos, videos and voice samples only after a written agreement.
